Many old-school Nintendo foes were brought down thanks to the original Game Genie. The device itself actually broke and became lodged in my console, which made blowing out dust in the system difficult at times. Nevertheless, it still let me put in cheats. I'll never forget that blue book of codes with the red fighter guy on the front.
